Covid 19 consultations
Please note that from 1 July 2024 any consultation regarding Covid19 infections may generate a charge to patients. This is due to the cessation of government funding for this service. Rapid Antigen Testing remains free of our charges until our current supply of test kits is exhausted.
Wellness appointments
Please do not book your Wellness appointments via ManageMyHealth portal, but call us on 534 7176 – this is to ensure that we allocate the correct amount of time for you. From July you will be advised at the time of booking whether your appointment will be with a GP
Appointments
A polite reminder for patients to discuss 1 issue (max 2 if brief) per 15-minute GP consultation to avoid delays and as a courtesy for appointments following yours; extra fees may apply if there is a variation from this.
Ear Suctioning
This service is avilable to both enrolled and to casual patients – you will receive a quick triage phonecall from one of our nurses prior to your appointment. Cost $60 – minimal waiting time compared to other hearing clinics! Call reception 534 7176 to book.
Bank Account Change
Our bank account details changed in April 2023 -you can find our number at the base of your invoice. The old account will be closing soon and future payments into this account may be lost. Please make sure that you update any internet banking details that you have saved.
Test Results
If you have an abnormal result, the doctor or nurse will contact you. Patients who have a normal test result may not be contacted. If you have not heard from us and you wish to know your result, check your patient portal or contact the nurse. To access your
